Chorley Budo Aikido
Aikido is a self-defence martial art that enables you to use your attacker's weight and momentum to disable or throw them. Aikido practice can benefit everyone, men and woman, young and old, so physical fitness and strength are not required to start practicing.
Chorley Budo Aikido Club teaches the non-competitive "Traditional" form of Aikido and you will learn in a friendly, safe environment, practising with other students with the aim of helping one another improve.
