Affliated to the Action International Martial Arts Association and Grandmaster Hee Il Cho, we are a Cho's tae kwon do club following the most innovative training syllabus available today.
We look at all ranges, striking - trapping - grappling - takedowns and groundwork. Our classes are available to all and we actively welcome families, although we have a minimum age of 8 years old.
We provide all the structure that you would expect, with regular gradings, seminars and competitions all available.
