all i can say is try it my daughter was being bullied at school took me and my husband a year to find out our daughter thought her gentle nature was to blame and the school was as much use as a chocolate fire guard with their guidlines :( we looked round at different schools counciling loads of things anyway we were at a local fete where the confidence academy did a display Sensei Stuart gave a matt chat at the end our daughter just went and sat in never done that before he explained how he teaches people how not to fight anyone can have a fight most dont realise it takes a special kind of hero to stop a fight going to the physical.to be fair we just wanted our daughter to hit and kick as fast and hard as humanly possible sensei just laughed and said he gets that alot when we explained about the bullying at school he understood perfectly as he was bullied too for many years gave us a vip pass everyone was so friendly talking to other parents we were not on our own lisa another mother said you wait and see and she was right as if by magic it stopped somthing called body launguage NLP all that jargon but it works our daughter is quietly confident her gentle nature remains thanks to everyone at the confidence academy my first class today wish me luck X
