Really enjoy the classes, so does my wee girl. Try them out great fun.

As a slightly built female i've tried a few martial arts mainly Krav Maga in Fife. I learnt more in Rab's class during the first 2hrs than i did at another school in Fife for the month or so i attended. I won't mention the other School's name but £11 per class is a real ripoff.
If you want professional training at a good price then Combat Scotland is the place to go,
