After a few yrs away from martial arts I looked into the small club which had started local.
After my first class I realised how much I'd forgotten. Mark is a very insightful teacher and with a lifetime of teaching 7 martial arts and being a close combats instructor for some of the american police forces. I found it easy to follow his syllabus which included effective control and restraint techniques. I look forward to getting back to his classes
