We are a long established non-profit Karate club run by volunteer instructors. . We practise a high standard of karate and have a number of very experienced instructors. Our aim is to make karate accessible to, and enjoyable for, as many people as possible.
Our Dojo is at Cowbridge Leisure Centre where we have exclusive use of the lesser hall for our general training sessions.
The Dojo is large and well equipped with spectator seating, bag hooks, and high quality gym mats.
We have a quantity of training equipment which we store at the leisure centre including kick shields, focus pads, punch bags, and training weapons.
We also have use of leisure centre equipment such as weights, medicine balls and crash mats.
In addition to karate basics our Instructors teach a wide scope of techniques with influence from many different arts. This is combined with fitness, exercise, and fun to create diverse and challenging sessions. Visit us at http://www.cowbridgekarate.com/
