Crayford ju-jitsu club
Ju-Jitsu is a martial art developed from the battle fields of ancient Japan, used by the Samurai in unarmed combat or if they had lost their Katana (Samurai sword), it uses every available advantage to off-balance and disengage from threatening situations. As such it is widely used by police forces and the military the world over even being further developed into other well-known styles.
We welcome new students to come and train with us and in this vein will give the first four lessons free, so you can come and have a look, get a feel for the club and develop an understanding of our outlook and whether Ju-Jitsu is for you, we teach Ju-Jitsu in a fun relaxed atmosphere, where respect is key, both to each other and the art.
