The Crofton Shotokan School of Karate was originally founded in 1976 by Alan Lewis 6th Dan.
Alan has over 49 yrs experience. He has trained and been graded by some of the world's most senior and respected instructors: Master Enoeda, Shirai, Kanazawa, Asano and senior Japanese instructors.
Our aim is to provide quality instruction for Adults and children, promote health and fitness and its the perfect opportunity to get the kids away from the television and computer games, and learn a new activity.
With karate lessons for Adults and Children and for them to attend courses and achieve grading through the Shotokan of England Karate Union ( SEKU) it's a great way to stay active and make friends.
