Cumbria Freestyle Karate is a Wado based style combined with elements of other Martial Arts. We mix Karate, Thai Boxing, Ju-jitsu, Western Boxing & ground fighting techniques to create an effective and enjoyable blend of Martial Arts.
We have been established in the West Cumbria area for over 20 years and hold classes in Aspatria, Maryport & Silloth.
We have junior classes, senior classes and 'parent & child' classes available at all three locations.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Cumbria Freestyle Karate Association:
Tuesdays 6.30 onwards - Maryport CoE Junior School
Wednesdays 6.30 onwards - Beaconhill School, Aspatria
Thursdays 6.30 onwards - Church Hall, Silloth
