Tang Soo Do is an effective Korean style of martial art which has been developed over its 2000 year history, its efficiency as a Self Defence style is second to none and suits MEN & WOMEN especially women as it was noted once that in 1972 the proportion of women training in the martial arts compared to men was 3% where as today the proportion of women training is nearly 50%
The goal of Tang Soo Do is not to promote violence. As you progress you will realise that Tang Soo Do is a way of life. It provides a way of thinking and acting which will guide you and teach you in all areas of your life, so that you will be happier, healthier and wiser.
