I came across this Dojo some time ago after deciding the class i was in wasn't for me. I called them up and got my free trial to test the waters.
I never finished my trial before i had decided that not only was the Art of Jujitsu was for me but the Dojo was perfect for what i was seeking. 5 Years on, i am still soaking every bit of knowledge out of every class i attend and still learn something new every time.
The Art is nothing without the right delivery, And both the Sensei and Sempai are excellent teachers with clear instruction and a very impressive knowledge of the Arts.
They are not syllabus monkeys that aim to grade you quickly either as another impressive and vastly overlooked point in this Dojo is the sheer variety of teachings. Most classes are split between a good chunk of syllabus training and non syllabus practical applications of techniques, and with Weapons training being thrown into the mix, it really does what it says on the tin, Develops complete Martial Artists.
Its not just for Adults either, the JR classes are also taught in the same way, just an easily digestible version with plenty of breaks for games etc so your kids stay in tune with the classes and keep focus throughout.
Whether you are looking to expand your Martial training in a vast and exciting new Art, fancy yourself a bit of a Bruce Lee then you should at least have a go of the trial, it is free so what are you losing?
Even if you are really not sure if the Arts are your thing, everyone there is very friendly and helpful, go along and surprise yourself.

This is a great Martial Arts class. Having tried a number of schools in the Macclesfield Area - this is the one i believed to have the most professional approach.
The Sensei (teacher) loves what he does and this shines through in every class.
HIGHLY RECCOMENDED
I Came across the DOJO when i had a GCSE exam, and i came along with a friend as there was a free session, we took advantage of that, 5 years down the line we are still both training and loving every minute of it.
i was also involved with Kung Fu before i joined Jujitsu, and i quickly found that the Sensei had knowledge beyond his years and a teaching style which everybody takes too. Being doing martial arts since he was a kid and still studying now, his knowledge and understanding of not just Jujitsu but of most martial arts out there is astounding.
He also likes people asking him questions around anything martial arts related, and i found this really enjoyable and interesting as you could ask more questions on certain techniques or theories, the list is endless.
I was one of his first students, being number 10, and i have witness the DOJO grow and grow and the numbers of students increase dramatically.
the Junior classes are particularly great as incorporating games into the lesson keeps the juniors wanting more and enjoying the session
The Seniors have grown to become full martial artists, throughout the years of training i have met some of the friendliest and nicest people i've ever met, and the friendships that are made are lifelong
the teaching standard is top quality, i have never left a session without learning something new, the vast amount of techniques and applications that can be applied to different situations is impressive.
i would recommend the DOJO to anybody who is looking to get fitter, make friends and learn one of the most interesting martial arts ever with one of the greatest teachers i've ever met, you truly become a complete martial artist.
i would urge everyone to give it a go, you never know, you may fall in love with it like be and have it as a life long passion.
