The style offers stick, stick and dagger and empty hand combat techniques. The instruction is excellent, the coach has several years of experience in this style and several others.
The style is a family one that can be traced back so you can be assured of the authenticity of what is being taught.
The class is currently small so you get the full attention of the coach but the other members of the class are friendly and helpful.
