We teach Traditional Shotokan Karate & Self Defence as taught by the Masters from Years ago.

The Club has been established since 2003. Black Belt Qualified Instructor with 35 years experience.

CRB approved and fully insured. The Club is affiliated to Katsumi-Kai Shotokan Karate.

Environment

Suitable for Men, Women and Children, in a safe and well controlled environment under the guidance of a qualified Instructor. You will learn personal defence while increasing your overall fitness, flexibility, balance, confidence and much more. Brilliant for kids

Training Times:
Sunday: 6pm to 8pm
Wednesday: TBC (please call for further information)
Kids under the age of 8yrs must be accompanied by an adult. First session free. Wear loose clothing if you have not got a Gi (Karate Suit).
