Direct Defence Krav Maga offers self-defence classes across West Sussex. We teach genuine, authentic, Krav Maga as used by the Israeli military. Our instructors are experienced and qualified having trained both in the UK and in Israel.
Our classes are suitable for anybody over the age of 16 and not only do they teach realistic, practical self-defence, but they are a great workout and lots of fun.

We currently run 3 classes a week at locations across West Sussex:
Mondays 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm at Littlehampton Swimming & Sports Centre in Littlehampton
Tuesdays 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm at Six Villages Sports Centre in Westergate
Wednesdays 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the Maybridge Keystone Centre in Worthing
Our club operates on a membership basis - to train with us you must become a member.
