The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Dover Taekwondo:
Training times are Tuesdays 7 pm til 9 pm all grades, Thursdays 7 pm until 8:30 pm all grades, Junior class Sundays 10 am 7yrs and up and Sundays 5 pm til 7 pm Black Belt Training. The first few lessons are free, we have a good mix of adults and children. Anyone is welcome to come along and watch or join in to see how we operate. We also have a class in Folkestone, Saltwood, Ashford and Canturbury.
