Good Dojo teaching freestyle karate and SDF, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Instructors are very experienced and knowledgable.
Excellent club, excellent instructors who have amazing knowledge!!!, a good way to keep fit and learn life skills!!! would definitely recommend!!!!!
