This is a great class for all ages. I enquired for my children but decided to have a go when i saw other adults doing so well. I cant believe how far I have come and I highley recommend joining in too and not just sending the kids!
Highly recommend, best thing I've ever done. Never thought martial arts would be for me, how wrong could I be. You don't need to be flexible, young. If I can do it you can. Fun, Friendly atmosphere.
