6.30 to 7.30 Judo for 8 years up
7.30 to 9.00 for Judo for Adults (from 15 years upward)
Tuesday
1.00 to 2.30 Yoga
7.00 to 8.30 Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan
Wednesday
5.30 to 6.30 Judo Beginners class for over 8 years olds
7.00 to 8.00 BOXFIT non contact boxing training
Thursday
5.30 to 6.30 Judo for up to 8 years old
6.30 to 7.30 Judo for 8 years up
7.30 to 9.00 for Judo for Adults (from 15 years upward)
Friday
5.30 to 7.00 yoga
7.15 to 8.15 Ladies only Judo
