The most fun and genuine martial arts classes in Medway

I've tried a few schools in Medway now and these guys are by far the most knowledgeable and genuinely friendly instructors I've experienced so far, hence I am still a student and plan to be indefinitely :) The atmosphere is very casual and my favourite part of the lessons are the real-world application punch drills at the beginning of every class!
There's a free trial too which helps immensely as some schools don't offer this opportunity.
It's hard not to walk away from a class feeling positive and energised for other areas of my life! I feel like I can do anything after a weekly training session to de-stress my body and socialise with friendly class mates :)
