East-West Martial Arts
Congratulations..... You have just found East-West Martial Arts,the friendliest, most Fun Martial Arts School in Northampton and we have been successfully teaching Karate and Real-World Self Defence in Northampton since 1981 in our fully equipped purpose built facility with a fully safety matted training area.
Unlike many Martial Arts Schools, we teach age-specific classes and we do not combine Children and Adults together in the same classes. Our Children's Programmes are specially designed for the specific needs and attention spans of the different age groups we teach.

Programs & Class Schedule
We teach Age-Specific Classes and we offer two Free 'Taster lessons' to all new students, which allows you to make your mind up before deciding to become a member, but we have to warn you-the kids always want to come back.
Karate Tots Programme for Ages 3 to 4 years-old
Times: Saturday: 09.15 to 09.45am
Wednesday: 5.15 to 5.45pm
Little Dragons Programme for Ages 4 to 7 years-old
Times: Saturday: 09.45 to 10.15am or 11.00 to 11.30am
Tuesday: 5.00 to 5.30pm
Wednesday: 5.45 to 6.15pm
Thursday: 5.00 to 5.30pm
Karate Kidz Programme for Ages 7 to 13 years-old
Times: Saturday: 10.15 to 11.00am or 11.30am to 12.15pm
Tuesday: 5.30 to 6.15pm
Wednesday: 6.15 to 7.00pm
Thursday: 5.30 to 6.15pm
Adult Karate & Real-World Self Defence Programme(Age 14+)
Times: Tuesday: 8.00 to 9.00pm
Wednesday: 7.45 to 8.45pm
Thursday: 8.00 to 9.00pm
Please Note that our class sizes are limited with an appropriate student/teacher ratio and we only have a few places available.
