Welcome to Enso Ju Jitsu, we are a local club based in the village of Clifton, Bedfordshire. We welcome everyone to come along to the club and try Ju Jitsu, a defence martial arts where you can gain confidence, flexibility, fitness, strength and self awareness. We combine traditional koru techniques with modern twists making them relevant to today. We would love to see you so please come along and try out a class – your first class is free!
