Wanted to try something to help my fitness and get me out of the house.
Tried EshDelves Taekwondo club as it was quite near to home.
First lesson went really well, great instruction from the class teacher and everyone else is very friendly. Everything was very well organised and felt very safe.
Will definitely be continuing.

Never tried Taekwondo before and thought I would try this class. All I can say is brilliant!
Friendly and experienced teacher and a family orientated class with various ages and abilities.
Everything is done in a safe and fun way.
Left class feeling tired but invigorated at the same time!
So glad I decided to go and looking forward to the next lesson!
A great introduction to martial arts.
Wanted to try something like this for a while and gave this Taekwondo class a go.
Really well organised and felt very safe.
Instructor very friendly but kept everyone on their toes.
Will be back next week for sure!
