Programs & Class Schedule
Training Monday and Thursday nights
beginners 7pm to 8pm
Men, Women and children min age 6 years
Free trial lessons
Friendly family based school with high student standards
High standards and discipline, maintained through all the classes
Instructors are TAGB qualified, qualified umpires and TAGB referees and all are CRB checked
Membership of the TAGB required after first two weeks
The TAGB is the largest Taekwondo Association in Europe
Local, National and international competitions and seminars available
Taekwondo was developed for the Korean Army and used in various conflicts around the world so you know it works for self-defence, character building,flexibility, confidence and fitness.
