Exciting and structured sports kickboxing for all ages and abilities. Progress through our belt system, work-out by hitting pads and shields, and learn sparring skills in a controlled and supportive environment. Self defence and fitness are also part of our lessons.
Run by coach Gary Jones (15 years experience) and assistants we provide one of the most welcoming and encouraging martial art clubs in the area.
