The system FA-GAI-HA-JAI (To move away with control) is used in the Chinese form.
We currently have an anti bullying policy as well as our own form of self defense for under 16's called the R.A.P.T.O.R. System. As well as a very warm welcoming and family friendly orientated club, we have seen the club grow and grow.
We look forward to meeting all new students with open arms.

The school is a mixture of Japanese & Chinese martial Arts System and is run by chief instructor Leroy Arnold & Sensei Mike Jones both are previous Ninjutsu instructors under the late Steve carter, who helped Leroy start & form the system in 2000.
training is carried out as listed below.
Wednesday : 6-7.00 pm is Beginners 7-8 pm is graded students and weapon sessions weapons taught start with short stick, kubotan, hanbo, sai,nunchaku, Bo, Tonfa. (weapon training doesn't start until 5th Kyu)
Leroy also runs his own form of Combatives sessions on Friday nights 7.00 - 8 pm C.A.T.S.(Combative & Tactical Strategies)
every week starting with foundation levels up to and through to instructor level.
both systems are currently registered with the British Combat association under Geoff Thompson & Peter consterdine.
Leroy has trained over the past 40 years with some of the worlds finest instructors in both martial Arts and self Defense systems.

Simon Lau ( Wing Chun)
Dennis Martin (Gutterfighters CQB)
