As a member of the Fighting lions i would rate there trainning and fitness classes to be 1st rate.
Huge shout out and THANK YOU from a previous student of Leo and the Fighting Lions from a LONG time ago (around 2002-2005)
I not only loved the training at fighting lions, but really connected with the respect, commitment, discipline and other crucial values that are core to a martial art. As a young person, Leo and the Fighting Lions were a hugely positive influence for me, at a point in my life where I needed it more than I knew myself. Still have my training shirt to this day 😁 and back at the training again up north.
It's amazing to see that the Fighting Lions are still going strong and you continue to share your brilliant coaching Leo. Thank you again 🙏
