Kids classes are brilliant

I took my twin daughters to both the Brazilian JuJitsu Class and the Muay Thai class. They started at age 5 and despite being easily distracted and not focusing very well in school and home life, the classes offered by Fightworx and the excellent instructors was something that maintained my children’s focus and they enjoyed every minute of the classes! I found their lack of concentration improved at home and in school from them learning to pay attention during classes. Massive confidence booster for the quieter one of the two!
