Great place to learn. Attended the ladies only classes. The instructors, Tracey and Keeley, were amazing. They were so friendly and adapted the lesson to your level of ability. There is a lot of firmness work as well as technique in each lesson. Always come away sweating and having improved my skills. Really really enjoyed it.
