Fortitude Taekwondo - Beckenham
Classes are available for primary aged children up to adults (we even have a family class - so you can train with your kids!) . Classes are focused on both physical and mental wellbeing.
Each class type builds on the training and skills developed in the previous classes with the ultimate objective being to grade and pass to a 1st degree black belt in ITF Taekwondo. The minimum age for grading to black belt is 12yrs.
Fortitude Ninjas (3-5yrs) Includes martial arts skills and games as well as life skills development.
Fortitude Dragons (6-8 yrs) Students are taught how to respect ourselves and others, how to build self-reliance and self-discipline, increase confidence and self-esteem.
Fortitude Juniors (9-12 yrs) Classes help children focus, channel energy, learn self -control, increase confidence and self-esteem.
Fortitude Seniors (Adult/Teens) (13 yrs+) Realistic Self Defence Techniques, Fitness Training, Stretching, Patterns and Sparring. Teens and Adult Classes are often run as separate classes.
Fortitude Family (6 yrs+) Adults and children train together. These classes have become some of our most popular as they combine the benefits of training with and spending quality time with your family.
