Very experienced instructors who are excellent at explaining things to beginners through to higher level students. Lessons are always varied (fitness, kicking, punching, self defence, pair work, target work etc. ..) and the atmosphere is really friendly and welcoming.
They are also incredibly patient with younger kids and those who are rather anxious.
The lessons are very fairly priced, they offer flexibility when you can train, sparring sessions are open to everyone (equipment provided if you don't have your own) and gradings are free as they only grade you when you are ready.
I would thoroughly recommend Freestyle Martial Arts.
