Freestyle Martial Arts Woodstock is a contemporary blend of four leading traditional martial art styles Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing.
We specialise in dedicated classes for children and adults looking to improve confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration while at the same time improving fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-control.
Freestyle Martial Arts also offer all ages and abilities the opportunity to explore and develop personal safety training, and self-defence, which can greatly help resist bullying and peer pressure.
