I can only make it down to seminars and sparingly for classes but I have to say, the instructor is so friendly and genuine. Will help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be and really knows his stuff; not just martial arts but the fitness side too. Top marks!

A well run place, good for Martial Arts and/or Fitness training, the classes can be a good laugh, while also keeping up your level of training. It is a well run place, with good instructors, a place you want to train!

Really friendly environment, I always feel welcome from both instructors and other students. Instruction is always clear and easy to understand.
The premises are always clean and tidy, a big thing I have noticed is how nice the gym smells, not what I would expect at all.

Well run , friendly & fairly priced.
Always very approachable and on hand to offer advise on all aspect of the arts trained.
Would recommend training here to all ages and abilities
What a fantastic place to train, the Instructor was very professional in the delivery of the class content and a felt i had actually learnt something useful.
I recommend this to EVERYONE :)
