We are a small group who meet on Monday evenings 7-8.30 pm
Some of our group train on Wednesdays at Hanwell WJJF working to the World Federation JuJitsu syllabus.
The training on Monday is for beginners and advanced students who want to get fitter and learn self-defence techniques in friendly safe surroundings.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Fusion self-defence training group:
At present we only have adult classes. There is no contract and beginners and are welcome as are experienced students.
We start with a half hour warm up and stretching session after which drills, patterns and techniques are trained. You can learn to throw, strike, kick and lock if you want to work to syllabus. Some of our group only want to learn specific things and this is accommodated.
