We are a well established family martial arts club with classes in your area. We start students from as young as 5 years of age and our oldest students are well into their 80's. The classes are popular with both men and women with around 35-40% of our students being female. Karate has many benefits for the whole family from learning self defense and building confidence to increasing fitness and getting into shape. There are no contracts or direct debits and you only pay for the classes that you attend.
