I have been training with Corey for around 15 years and is one of most dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate fitness instructors I have ever met. He always has time to help you with your any questions and helps push you to keep improving your skills.

I would massively recommend training with Genesis to anyone at any level.

Corey Cain is hands down the best martial instructor you could ever hope for. His technical expertise, passion, and dedication to the sport, as well as his unconditional support for his students is second to none. I couldn't recommend him enough.

My kids and I have been members of Genesis Martial Arts for over 10 years. We have all progressed over hat time and now have two black belts in the family with one child left to do theirs. I cannot say how great this club is at getting children to be included and focused not to mention the building of their confidence. I started for fitness in the adult classes and have never looked back. Respect to the guys that run this club, it is a second family at times and there is always an event of some sort taking place to bring the multiple club members together outside of the dojo.

Corey Cain trains my three kids. And without a doubt he's one of the best teachers in this profession. My kids love his style and I'm satisfied knowing they are in safe hands. I've seen massive improvement in my kids confidence and physical development.

Classes are very energetic and a very good workout and are instructed extremely well.

I used to train in Corey’s class before I moved to the midlands. I trained with that class for around 2 years and prior to that I trained in Corey’s class for a few years growing up with the old club. The classes were always fun and I loved seeing how much I progressed. . I miss going to those classes and I’m yet to find a instructor as passionate and well informed as Corey!

Corey has excellent way of teaching new techniques and learning is fun in his class at Wycombe sports centre.

Focus on quality and discipline is the best part of the class. My son has shown great improvement physically and mentally.

I have been training with Corey (and many of the other instructors) for almost 20 years now, and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner. My 10-year old son has also been part of the Genesis family for the last 4 years, and loves it almost as much as I do. .. :D

Corey seamlessly interweaves his immense knowledge and passion for the sport with humour, enormous patience, enthusiasm, discipline, encouragement, respect, and the ability to help each individual; no matter what their age, ability, background, knowledge, fitness level and even whether they are having a good or bad day, he manages to extract the best from them in every lesson. His often-stated (and demonstrated) ethos of continual improvement and never giving up are truly inspirational, extending far beyond the mere physical element of the sport, but also into life lessons and a positive mindset that everyone can benefit from. I cannot recommend this club highly enough.

After training with the Genesis team for over 15 years i can highly recommend them to anyone. The teaching style helps you to become the very best you can be within the class but importantly putside of it too. Discipline, respect, confidence, friendship, loyalty are all words that, for me, epitomise what the teachings are all about. On top of that you have fun whilst learning a martial art. A lifestyle change is inevitable as you learn from the best and you give your all. One of the instructors used to say "We cannot all be world champions but we can all be champions of our world". With these guys and girls in your corner, you truly can achieve great things both in and outside of the dojo.

I’ve been with Genesis for 3 years now and I’ve never looked back. The classes are tough but like most things, you get out what you put in. You can very quickly see the benefits and results. You feel stronger, fitter, sharper and most of all, you feel like you can handle yourself. The instructors are awesome. They all come with a wealth of knowledge and expertise which they adapt according to your age (whether you’re a junior or an adult) and ability (whether you’re a beginner or have previous experience) either way, you are constantly challenged and encouraged to help you achieve your goals, whether you simply want to keep fit or whether you want to progress through the grades, it’s all good. And all of this is within a fun and friendly atmosphere! For anyone who is “thinking about it” I would simply say “come and give it a go!” Like me, you won’t look back!!

I have been a student of Genesis for over 10 years now starting at the age of 8/9. My main instructor is Corey Cain (5x time world champion) who has been undoubtedly influential in teaching me not just the sport but values such as discipline and commitment.

I always looked forward to his classes growing up and they’ve helped me progress into other sports through the attention to flexibility/mobility at the start and end of each class, as well as maintaining good fitness which is mixed into the sessions in a way achievable for all levels.

He brings tremendous energy to every session ensuring each individual, of a mixed ability class, has left having improved from how they started the class in some way. It is this which keeps you motivated and wanting more.

I couldn’t recommend Genesis enough for anyone interested in kickboxing or improving their health, fitness and lifestyle in general.

Genesis High Wycombe is an extremely enjoyable journey. You have confidence instilled in you and are taught in a way that is clever and yet fun. Corey is a very meticulous teacher with the patience of a saint. You get a thirst for more knowledge after each session, I would highly recommend the High Wycombe classes to anybody looking to start marital arts or the long term expert, children and adults. Superb!

Great classes to have fun for kids and adults in a safe environment.

I was amazed at how friendly everyone was, good hard training but in a really friendly atmosphere, would highly recommend to everyone.

The classes that I go to are always made worthwhile. I’m always being pushed to do better and feel like I’m always improving. The Instructor makes sure he aims the class to everyone in the room by adapting certain aspects to be made easier for beginners or harder for the higher belts. I feel like I’ve learnt a lot in the time I’ve been at the club and I would reccomend it to anyone.

Know the instructors for many years, they have great depth in experience and knowledge in martial arts. An excellent place for all ages to learn and have fun.

Professional instructors with great knowledge and a high standard of abilities.

I started about 9 months ago with no prior martial arts experience, but since then I’ve felt myself get stronger and more flexible through the excercises done in class. I’ve come a long way and hopefully will go further. The instructors are all really good, professional and get the work done.

Genesis martial arts is the place to go. The exceptional teaching combined with the demanding workouts means you get your money’s worth alongside learning lifelong skills. No workout here is ever wasted, and you can’t help but feel like an absolute badass after each one. I would definitely recommend genesis to anybody who simply wants to keep fit, aswell as those who have an interest in martial arts.

My 9 year old son attends Genesis Martial Arts and he absolutely loves it, everyone is friendly and welcoming and they substantial connections around the world for anyone wanting to compete abroad.

This class was great for me, during my time there I was onna bad place physically having gained a lot of weight and being in a bad place mentally, i found that the encouragement gave me the tools to not only reach my peak physical state, but also do it in a fun and challenging way giving me the tools to apply some of what I had learned elsewhere.

Now I am also a kick ass martial artist for bonus points lol

The Genesis Martial Arts Instructors are very experienced, friendly and superb instructors. I have known many of them for years and years and their consistant approach to providing first class tuition each and every time is superb. I like the fact they all have First Aid qualifications in case something unforseen did happen. A very reliable company. Thank you

My son has been attending Genesis for several years and absolutely loves it. The coaches are dedicated, caring and passionate about teaching martial arts but also life values in a fun learning environment. My son has developed brilliant ma skills but also a sense of confidence, respect and self worth. It helps with his physical fitness and his emotional behaviour too. What really sets Genesis apart from others is the sense of family and belonging that is created and maintained. It is a fabulous group to join and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
