I have been training at Glasgow Aikikai for a number of years now, and have found it to be a very positive experience.

Founded by a teacher, who spent 14yrs training at the Aikikai Hombu Dojo in Tokyo, the class has a very traditional feel to it, with the focus being on practice.

The class has many Aikidoka with a good level of experience, who are happy to help beginners develop their Aikido.

No gimmicks or false claims are made about the training here - we practise in the manner promoted by the Aikikai Foundation.

Regular access to seminars, and the class is part of the Azami-kai group based in Edinburgh.
