Brilliant atmosphere, very helpful teaching staff. Left there on 1st night feeling full and buzzing.
If you are in the area drop in, the 1st class is free.
I received a very friendly welcome, Master Joe Segar was very personable.
Was impressed with the coaching style, left feeling energised and wanting more.
