Everyone is really friendly and supportive of each other at this club. You get a great workout for the body and mind - it's the only time when my mind completely switches off from everything else for two hours, focussing on nothing else except for aikido! It's great for women too, as you are learning alot about self defence, which helps with boosting your awareness and confidence too.
I have been training with this group for over 15 years.
It's both friendly and welcoming.
If you are interested I would recommend coming along and seeing for yourself.
