I trained with Sensei Osei Bonsu many years ago and I am glad he has returned to Newcastle. His type of teaching is World famous and very rare to find so I was over the moon to hear he was opening in Gosforth. The club is very friendly and you won't get much better outside of Japan.
At Gosforth Karate club the standard of Karate is extremely high. Students will enjoy the challenges set for them by Sensei Bonsu and see their abilities improve exponentially as a result. The high bar of quality and technique perpetuated by both student and teacher is reinforced by the friendly and respectful environment in which any martial art can be expected to flourish. The focus and passion of those attending is inspirational and has prompted me (as a student) to strive for excellence.
