The Hangar is a purpose-built martial arts gym based in Penarth Road, Cardiff. We have MMA, Freestyle Wrestling, FMA, Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing. We welcome all levels from total beginners, to those of you who wish to compete.
With our large double-matted dojo and full-sized competition cage, heavy bags and all brand-new kit, we're well equipped for all ages too.
Head Combat Sports coach is Paul "Hands of Stone" Jenkins and we're home to several prominent and busy clubs here in Cardiff.
