Sensei Bains is a great instructor patient and clear in his applications for both Adults and children's classes, as for the classes it's a very friendly environment with very humble members but make sure u come to learn and train hard.

I have been training in various Martial Arts for 25 years. When I moved to Harbury, I discovered this club and immediately signed up. I trained under Sensei Bains for just over 4 years before I sadly had to move away for work. These 4 years were by far the best and most inspiring 4 years training I have ever had. Sensei Bains is extremely knowledgeable in a variety of Martial Arts from all over the world, including Shotokan Karate, Jiu Jutsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Silat, Kali and many more. This ensures that the classes are always enjoyable and informative but more importantly, that the skills taught will actually work in a real life self defence situation should the need every arise. My children were also enrolled in the classes. Their confidence grew and they still speak fondly of their training even now, such was the positive impact Sensei Bains and the Club had on them and myself. An excellent school that I honestly cannot recommend highly enough.

fantastic time had by all, was made to feel very welcome and at ease, sensi G Bains was very knolagable I'm all areas. Nothing was to much trouble. He answered all our questions. Been training with him now for 2 years, no looking back. My confidence in work and social situations has gone through the roof. Would recommend. It's not all jumping around spinning flying kicks as this suits me as I'm not the smallest of people but have seen sensi doing it while showing off lol
