I consider myself very lucky to have met and be trained by David. The growth in my self-confidence, flexibility, awareness of potential threats, and overall fitness is a tribute to David's expertly-paced teaching.
It's true that my wife cannot understand why a chap in his 50s, driving a desk, would want to learn how to fight but what she cannot gauge is how much more in control and confident I feel as a result of the training.
Thank you David for your immense patience. I have enjoyed every moment and frequently surprised myself!
