The real thing hidden away in Norwich!

In a city that seems to be bursting at the seems with Martial arts and MMA schools it's nice to find a genuine one that does not advertise black belts, easy or that just go on about how wonderful they are! This school is traditional, you learn from the basics and get guided every step of the way. They also do Tai Chi, the full system, and other Taoist health related skills. Some of my friends think it's all about fighting but it's not, although I have to say, these defence techniques are tested by time and really do work!
Surprised to discover just how in depth this school goes. It's not just "fighting", there are so many extras like learning about how to protect your joints, awareness, adapting moves, and much more than I learned in other schools. They do Taijiquan and Qigong too and even breech Traditional Chinese Medicine. That's great! The head coach even know an ancient and extremely rare form of Taoist Yoga, plus has knowledge of herbs, diet and other things that are useful.
