Helston Ju Jitsu is the best equip centre around Cornwall, based in a dedicated martial arts centre it has a permanent matted floor and equipment on hand. Sensei 5th dan master Rickey is an excellent teacher that is very patient with the junior and seniors class (I'm 40 years olds returning to training after 15 years out). He has a wide knowledge in a range of other forms which brings new dimensions to the classes.

Love training here, sessions combine focus and dedication to the art of Japanese ju jitsu with fun and a relaxed atmosphere - no intimidation and no egos! The Senseis are very experienced and keep classes varied and interesting. The junior classes are also always popular- well structured with a very child-friendly approach, and the children progress well. I would definitely recommend for any ability, age or fitness!

Well rounded instructor due to many years of experience. Friendly and tries his hardest to be funny giving a nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere

My children have attended here for a few years now and really enjoy it. The leaders are friendly, approachable and professional. We have recommended this group a few times and the children who have come along as a result have all liked it too.
What a club!! We are so impressed with the style of teaching which has a mixture of discipline where needed and lots of fun in between. Very well attended junior class which is due to the very experienced instructors who clearly know what they are talking about. The children love it!! Thanks guys.
