Regardless of your age or level of fitness, the instructors make each session an enjoyable activity where you reap the rewards and benefits by building up your strength, power and self discipline. We have fun and encourage each other KDS has taught me so much with a short space of time And I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend this club to anyone interested in learning Karate.

I attended for the first time the other day purely to learn self Defense and ended up meeting such a lovely bunch that were excited to welcome me to the club! Everyone helped me feel so included without hesitation and it was only my first time attending! The class itself was very clear and fairly easy to follow. If you’re looking to learn some self Defense or karate, this will be the club for you!

My daughter joined their kids club last year. Stevenage club opened in January this year and I joined to share her love of karate and now I really love it too! The instructors are amazing and the group is a real team working together and helping eachother to learn !

I was always worried about joining groups for any sort of phisical activity as I’m not the fittest and I get embarrassed easily but i don’t feel like that anymore! Every week I look forward to the next training session and I can already feel the difference in my muscles and in myself!
