Excellent training covering all aspects of karate new and traditional styles the atmosphere is great and so are the instructors . All my children and a teenager included love the classes. best club in the area by far and we have tried a few !!
This is a fantastic club. Training is a comination of fitness, kata, kumate and basics. The instructors are highly experienced and fun to train with. This club is very inclusive and caters for all abilities. The club promote excellence and has strong links with the national squad, providing many opportunities to compete.
