i went along to hkc in Bonar just to see what it was like, i wanted to get fitter....after 1 class i was hooked!!! you can work at your own pace or do as i have done and get the instructor to push you to your limit....I`ve now lost a stone in 4 weeks!!! Very friendly folk there too!!
A fun place to study Martial Arts. Been going for the past few months and is helping me get ready for Tough Mudder.
