As a really unfit guy I started taking kickboxing classes here about 18months ago. I am now healthier, fitter and more confident than ever. This has been more than physical training for me. It's been moral support, making new friends and even getting new business from my sparring partners! Totally recommend this place.
My son has been attending the classes since he was 7 and has recently progressed to Kidzone. He enjoys the instruction very much. The instructors are very friendly and my wife and I recently observed a club competition which was very well-organised and run in a safe and proper fashion. It is great club for families.
