Holistic Karate uses the most efficient martial arts techniques tried, tested and developed over centuries; blended with modern motivational methods and street psychology.
It was set up to provide self protection based training as an alternative to the trend towards sports based martial arts.
We also look to go deeper into self development and philosophical side of martial arts which is often neglected today!
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Holistic Karate:
Mondays: St John’s Ambulance Hall, Radstock Road, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2AA.
5.30 – 6.25 pm: Beginners
6.30 – 7.25 pm: Children (5 – 12) Full Red Belt and above.
7.30 – 9.00 pm: 13+ and adults.
Thursdays: Methodist Church Hall, High Street, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2DR.
