Great classes for all age groups. Young kids will love the fun safe classes! Lots of classes available for ladies, teens and adults. If you are wanting to get fir and learn a life saving skill, then this is the place for you! Give it a try! I love the buzz in the class and have got involved in competitions and gradings over the last few years.
